Hi, my name is Dmitry. I am a chef with more than 16 years of experience. I have worked in restaurants, 'office-canteens' and cafes.

I prefer simplicity and clarity in the dish. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients so that I believe that the ingredients play the main 'violin' in the preparation of the dish, as we all know the violin is a classic, and the classics are eternal.
